Overthinking

 Overthinking is different for everyone and it can be everything. For some people its a once in a while occurrence and for the others its a chronic state of being. Sometimes it might occur in some current situation such as social interactions while other times it might affect multiple or perhaps affect all the areas of a persons life.  Always finding ways to stop it trying to google things like how to stop overthinking, and finding advice like letting go of the past and learn to control your emotions but all the advices shown and given never worked for me not because the advice was necessarily bad but rather because I think I had a difficult time buying into the hole "stop doing this" mindset. guess I don't believe that you can just stop your thoughts but rather you can learn how to deal with them.  So rather than telling myself to stop thinking myself overall  I tell my self that I don't need to stop. but instead I can learn how to distinguish between productive and...
